Who we are

What we collect

Only what you send us: your name, email address, telephone number, project location, your preferred way of being contacted, and the message you write in the enquiry form — or anything you include in an email to us. We do not collect special categories of data, and we ask you not to send them.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry and, if a project follows, to correspond about it and to keep the records a project requires. We do not sell data, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling. No decision about you is made automatically.

Legal basis

Answering an enquiry is a step taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Where a project follows, we process your data to perform that contract and to meet our legal obligations, such as accounting and warranty records (Articles 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(c) GDPR). Ticking the box on the enquiry form confirms that you have read this statement. It is not consent, and you do not need to give consent for us to answer you.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within two years. Project correspondence is kept for as long as our legal and warranty obligations require, and no longer.

Who else sees it

Our hosting and email providers, acting on our instructions and bound by written agreements. Where a project requires it, the architect or contractor you have introduced us to. Nobody else.

Where your data is processed

Our website is built and hosted on the platform of Lovable Labs AB, a company established in Stockholm, Sweden. Data submitted through this site is processed within the European Economic Area. Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, that transfer takes place under the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission (Decision 2021/914), or under an adequacy decision. You can ask us for a copy of the safeguards in place.

Your rights

You have the right to access the data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it erased, to restrict how we use it, to object to our use of it, and to receive it in a portable form. Write to us at info@insituforma.com and we will act within one month.

Complaints

If you believe we have handled your data wrongly, please tell us first — we would rather put it right. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian supervisory authority:
